       An overall drive exists to make the earth come into parallel with Heaven. God’s people want God’s will to be accomplished. They want sin to be dealt with, along with Satan and his demons. The Jewish people want their promised kingdom. We see God’s majesty in the peals of thunder, rumblings, and flashes of lightning. This shows God’s awesomeness. And again, another earthquake occurs, as the last one had come to us from the sixth Seal Judgment. Let’s go ahead and jump into the Trumpet Judgments. We read: “Now the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to blow them. The first angel blew his trumpet, and there followed hail and fire, mixed with blood, and these were thrown upon the earth. And a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up” (Revelation 8:6, 7, ESV). When the first of the seven angels sounds his trumpet, first, what is going to be seen on earth is hail and fire, mixed with blood. Now, these events could be in relation to what just happened in verse 5, with the earthquake that occurred on the earth.
